YOUR ROLE

Collaborate with HR Analytics team to create an HR reporting and projection tool in order to support better HR events analysis, decision making and forecasting, through:

• Design data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements;
• Implement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources;
• Implement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data, to aggregate it;
• Develop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights;
• Develop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests;
• Perform data analysis on specific topics;
• Implement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans;
• Collect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide;
• Fix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Statistics & Advanced data analysis
• Dashboarding and data visualization
• Stakeholder management
• PowerBi, Tableau or other visualization tool
• Programming languages a plus (Python, R, SQL)
