You will work within XP-driven Agile teams, practicing pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous delivery to build scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions. /ppThis role requires hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, Gosu development, Integration Gateway applications, REST-based services, messaging frameworks, and batch processing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration patterns, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure solutions meet customer, business, security, and regulatory requirements. /ph3Accountabilities: /h3ulliPractice daily pair programming and test-driven development while delivering high-quality software solutions. /liliDesign, develop, and support Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations using REST APIs, messaging frameworks, Integration Gateway applications, batch processes, and work queues. /liliBuild and maintain continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and engineering practices. /liliCollaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. /liliParticipate in solution design discussions and contribute to system architecture and integration strategies. /liliSupport production and non-production environments by troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes. /liliParticipate in iteration planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and estimation activities to ensure shared understanding of work items. /liliContribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities across the team. /liliParticipate in daily standups and collaborate effectively across distributed teams and product areas. /liliPromote engineering best practices, automation, quality, security, and operational excellence. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ullipMinimum of b2 years of hands-on experience /b delivering solutions on bGuidewire ClaimCenter /b. /p /lilipGuidewire Certified Associate. /p /lilipExperience with Guidewire integrations, including: /p /lilipREST and SOAP web services /p /lilipIntegration Gateway applications /p /lilipMessage queues and asynchronous processing /p /lilipWork queues and batch processing /p /lilipEvent-driven integration patterns /p /lilipFamiliarity with source control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices. /p /li /ulh3Bonus Qualifications: /h3ulliGuidewire Certified Professional - Integration is nice to have. /liliExperience inthe use of Gen AI. /liliExperience with Personal LinesInsuranceline of business. /liliExperience in Agile, with XP is an asset andcomfortable withpair programming. /liliExperience with Agility (or Version 1). /li /ulpAllstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
