You'll ensure application solutions are aligned with business goals, Costa architecture principles, Carnival Corporation standards, and cloud best practices. Here's a glimpse of your key responsibilities:Application & solution architectureYou will design end-to-end application architectures across shipboard data centers, shore-side platforms, and cloud;you will translate business requirements into solution architectures, integration models, and implementation roadmaps, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.Hybrid ship/shore & AWS cloud architectureYou will be able to design solutions operating across ships, shore data centers, and cloud, addressing intermittent connectivity, latency, data synchronization, and on-board resilience, leveraging AWS as the preferred platform in line with Costa and Carnival standards.Governance, integration & delivery supportYour role involves apply enterprise architecture principles and Carnival standards, design integration architectures (APIs, events, batch), guide delivery teams, evaluate technologies and vendors, and embed security-by-design and FinOps cost-awareness.Facilitating CollaborationYour skills will be instrumental in fostering collaboration among team members, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.You will collaborate with internal teams, technology vendors, and system integrators to ensure the quality and consistency of delivered solutionsWhat makes you unique5+ years of experience in application, solution, or cloud architecture, or complex enterprise technology design.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.Proven experience designing hybrid solutions involving cloud platforms and on-premises / data-center environments.Strong AWS architecture skills, preferably in multi-account models; Azure and Microsoft Entra ID are a plus.Solid integration and data expertise: APIs, event-driven patterns, batch integrations, data synchronization, and distributed application design.Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4) and containers/Kubernetes is a plus; AWS Solutions Architect certification strongly appreciated.Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluent English with strong documentation and communication skills, able to balance technical quality, business value, cost, security, and delivery constraints.What we offerYour Journey with UsAt Costa, we make your onboarding experience smooth and welcoming, with flexible smart working policy.Benefits That MatterEnjoy daily meal vouchers, exclusive discounts, and access to our Visualizzare la mail su click.appcast.io platform for sports, travel, and cultural perks.
