Chief Technology Officer - Aerospace & GeoAI

ppWe’re a European deep-tech startup building stratospheric aerospace platforms and the systems required to operate them reliably at scale. /p pWe’re looking for a hands‑on CTO to own the entire technology stack, with a strong focus on aerospace hardware and mission‑critical systems. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liOwn the technology vision and execution end‑to‑end /li liLead stratospheric platform, avionics and systems development /li liOversee testing, qualification, reliability and certification /li liOwn ground segment and mission infrastructure /li liCoordinate system‑level integration with AI and data platforms /li liBuild and lead a small, high‑quality engineering team /li liAct as a technical reference with institutional and defence partners /li /ul h3Who this is for /h3 ul liSenior background in aerospace, satellites, defence or other high‑reliability systems /li liExperience taking complex hardware from prototype to operations /li liComfortable making technical decisions under uncertainty /li liStartup mindset: hands‑on, pragmatic, systems‑driven /li /ul h3Important to know /h3 pThis is not a software‑only or AI‑only role. /p pThis is a builder role in an early‑stage startup, where ownership, judgement and hands‑on involvement matter more than titles or processes.
