As a Sales Partner, you drive revenue by building and managing a network of channel partners in the Italian market. You will recruit and enable resellers, SI/VAR/distributor partners, and support them through all sales phases to hit targets. You ensure high service quality post-implementation and align SLAs with customer needs across cross-functional teams. You’ll lead local initiatives, trainings, and events to grow market share while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Identify, recruit and support channel partners (dealers, SI/VAR, distributors, retailers) to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the sales cycle with partners through marketing, promotions, and training activities
  • Maintain customer satisfaction post-implementation and develop SLAs to meet expectations
  • Organize and conduct partner training and coordinate sales force activities and regional agents
  • Visit customers to map stakeholders and provide ongoing advice to avoid issues
  • Organize and implement marketing programs, promotions, and product launches
  • Coordinate distribution and logistics for products; oversee resources and optimize efficiency
  • Provide regular sales and market reporting to Regional Sales Manager and participate in B2S meetings
  • Lead transversal projects for large geographic areas (North/Central-South Italy or whole Italy)
  • Travel up to 70–80% and operate in OR-rich environments with hospital stakeholders
Responsabilità
  • 2+ years in Sales or Marketing within the Medical Devices industry
  • Experience working in operating rooms
  • Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)
  • Native or advanced Italian (C2) and English (B2)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related field/experience
