As Customer Care Manager you will be the voice of the customer across the full journey, turning feedback into measurable improvements. You will monitor KPIs, identify service and product issues, and drive continuous enhancements to the customer experience. You’ll provide data‑driven insights, support to the customer, and manage the loop process with clubs and dealers. Your role includes audits on D&I and after-sales support, acting as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym. This global, wellness‑focused environment offers impact, collaboration, and the chance to shape customer experience at scale.

Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction

  • Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs and drive improvement actions

  • Identify and summarize service and product anomalies from the customer perspective

  • Provide information and data to improve the customer experience

  • Provide support to the Customer and manage the loop process

  • Schedule periodic visits to customers, clubs, and dealers

  • Conduct audits on D&I activities and after-sales technical assistance

  • Act as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym

Responsabilità

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction management

  • Strong customer orientation and project management skills

  • Experience with quality audits and customer satisfaction techniques

  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical aptitude

  • Fluent in English
