OverviewIn this role you design, code, and refine software within a fintech environment, improving performance and mentoring peers. You’ll work on upgrading and maintaining systems, proposing new technologies, and supervising technical aspects of projects. The position fits a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering scalable, high-quality software. You’ll tackle complex problems and contribute to impactful solutions that support our clients and partners. This is an opportunity to shape core platforms at a fast-growing fintech leader.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, and debug softwareImprove performance of existing softwareProvide training to other engineersMaintain and upgrade softwareRecommend new technologies to boost productivitySupervise technical aspects of projectsInvestigate software-related issues and optimize performanceAttend team meetings to discuss projects and propose solutionsQualificationsSoftware Engineer with 3+ years of experience in demanding environmentsKnowledge of object-oriented, concurrent, functional, and asynchronous programming paradigmsProficiency in Java, C++, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScriptExperience with ATDD and TDD practicesExperience with CI tools and best practicesFamiliarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, AWSProficiency with IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code)Ability to handle complexity and work in multi-functional, self-organized teamsRigorous, professional approach and strong teamworkBachelor in Computer Engineering or related STEM field (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
