Software Engineer

TXT e-Tech is looking for a Software Engineer to implement the Aerospace & Aviation Business Unit team. The candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary team dealing with software design and development.

Main activities:

The resource will be inserted in the context of the development of the Engineering Support System used for the operational and logistical support of military aircraft.

• Design and development of software: Designing and developing advanced software solutions, adopting methodologies and best practices to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability of products;
• Application performance analysis and optimization: Conducting detailed analysis on application performance to identify areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to increase system efficiency and responsiveness;
• System-level integration support: Providing expert assistance to integrate software solutions within complex systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and seamless implementation;
• Support for technical meetings, verification, and validation: Actively participating in technical meetings, verification sessions, and validation processes to ensure compliance with technical and functional requirements, as well as adherence to quality and security standards;
• Documentation and product qualification management: Managing technical documentation and product qualification processes, including creation, review, and updating of related documentation, as well as coordinating testing and validation activities.

Must to have:

• Knowledge of software and system qualification aspects;
• Knowledge of the .NET framework and in particular of the C# language;
• Knowledge of version control tools;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Education: Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

• The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 28.000 € and EUR 33.000 € gross per year.
• The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
