In questa posizione you guidate la redazione in un contesto editoriale digitale dinamico, curando la qualità dei contenuti e l'efficacia visiva. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team commerciale per tradurre brief branded content in progetti editoriali concreti. Porti innovazione nei linguaggi e nei format per adattarti all'evoluzione dei canali e del pubblico. Il ruolo offre l'opportunità di guidare talenti emergenti e contribuire al potenziamento della presenza editoriale dell'azienda.

Responsabilità
- Guidare le riunioni editoriali quotidiane e selezionare contenuti per il piano editoriale
- Assicurare la qualità di output editoriale e visivo
- Innovare linguaggi e format in linea con evoluzione canali e algoritmi
- Lavorare con il team commerciale sui brief di branded content da realizzare in redazione
- Scout e formazione di nuovi volti/talent per la redazione in crescita dell'azienda
Requisiti fondamentali
- Capacità di leadership e riferimento solido in una redazione ad alto ritmo
- Passione per il giornalismo e per l'impatto sociale dei contenuti
- Precisione e rigore nello sviluppo di strutture e flussi di lavoro
- Sensibilità verso tematiche sociali e valori del brand
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche social e attenzione all'evoluzione della sensibilità del pubblico
