The ideal candidate will support the successful execution of the licensing business by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams to drive efficient product launches and business growth. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze performance of existing licensees and identify new opportunities /liliIn conjunction with Head of Licensing and Sales Team, support the long-term strategy for brands and Regions /liliAlign and coordinate new launches with internal teams including Product Development, Merchandising, Communication and Sales /liliWork closely with Communication and Sales teams to drive product visibility and sales performance /liliDevelop and deliver product-related presentations to internal stakeholders /liliCollaborate and develop strong relationships with market teams providing information and regular updates as well as understanding and satisfying local market needs and differences. Utilize these relationships to share best practice /li /ulh3Key Experiences /h3pExperience in project coordination, product development, or brand/licensing management within a consumer goods environment. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with external partners, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. /pulli2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills /liliExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities /liliAnalytical thinking and reporting skills /liliFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage /liliTime management and ability to meet deadlines /liliAttention to detail and accuracy /liliProblem-solving and proactive mindset /liliTeamwork and cross-functional collaboration /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously /li /ulpThe annual gross base salary for this position ranges from b€ 28.000 to € 30.000 /b, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
