The role delivers data-driven insights to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks across the entire program lifecycle, enabling Project Managers and leadership to make informed decisions. By leveraging quantitative performance indicators, predictive models, and scenario-based analyses, the Analyst evaluates financial, operational, schedule, and execution risks, supports the development of effective mitigation strategies, and provides clear executive-level reporting.
