Junior User Acquisition Manager (remote)

A rare opportunity! Values Value recruiting agency is currently looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager on behalf of our client, a publisher of hybrid-casual and midcore mobile games that helps developers quickly test, build, and launch their products.

We’re looking for someone who wants to start a career in user acquisition in the games industry. No prior UA experience is required if you have some experience in gamedev. Those experienced in UA looking to switch into games from other areas or industries are welcome as well.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across ad networks (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral)

• Running product and market tests for new games: setting up test campaigns and tracking early metrics

• Analyzing campaign performance (CPI, retention, ROAS, LTV) and preparing regular reports

• Working with the creative team to test new ad creatives and pick the best performers

• Communicating with ad network account managers: joining calls, discussing results, and staying on top of new tools and opportunities

• Following market trends, competitors’ creatives, and best practices in mobile UA

What kind of professional are we looking for?

We welcome candidates without prior UA or gamedev experience, including people from Community, QA, and other areas who want to move into marketing. We’re also happy to consider candidates with experience at ad networks, app companies, or digital agencies.

What matters most:

• Initiative and ambition

• A strong desire to grow in marketing

• A love for games

• Good English for calls with ad network managers

Why do we enjoy working here?

• Training, mentorship, and support from experienced UA specialists

• Open communication within the team

• Full-time employment

• Remote work, with the option to combine it with coworking

• Flexible schedule

• Paid vacation and sick leave
