Senior Payroll Lead - Italy, ERP Implementation & Growth

Catenon is seeking a hands-on Payroll Manager to take full ownership of payroll and personnel administration in Italy. This role is not purely strategic; it requires a senior payroll specialist mindset and readiness to handle day-to-day operational complexity in a growing, multinational environment.
Based in Milan, you will lead payroll processes, ensure compliance, and drive the implementation of a new ERP system while helping shape the HR structure as the company scales its operations in Italy.
