ppFuture Education Modena ( ) is an international EdTech center, created to innovate education, training, and bring learning into the 21st century. It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators, and a network of national and international partners. It is organized into 10 strategic areas of educational RD, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students in the last 4 years through 300 original formats, is launching 4 EdTech startups and incubating 6 more. It organized and manages the Learning More Festival, the first festival dedicated to the frontiers of the field. Learning . We are the bearers of a radical vision of innovation for the sectors Learning and Human Capital . /p ul libContract /b Part-time, preferably in agile format (collaboration or VAT number) for project-based or ongoing collaboration. /li libPresence and hybrid work: /b possibility of full-remote work, but we will tend to give priority to people who can easily reach the workplace. /li /ul ul liContribute to the management of FEM's and associated organizations' recruiting processes, from identifying requirements to hiring the selected candidate; /li liScreen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent selection processes with internal managers; /li liMaintain relationships and communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a clear, respectful experience consistent with the organization's culture; /li liCollaborate with the Human Resources Manager, Management, and area managers to define roles, responsibilities, required skills, and placement priorities; /li liWrite and publish job advertisements consistent with FEM's identity, values, and positioning; /li liIdentify and activate the most effective search channels, carrying out direct sourcing activities and building a qualified pool of potential candidates; /li liCollaborate in the management and updating of personnel documentation, data, and operational tools. /li /ul h3Must Have /h3 ul liAt least 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support, preferably for dynamic, growing organizations; /li liExperience in managing the entire selection process: profile definition, job posting, active search, screening, interviews, and final selection support; /li liAbility to understand and seek out heterogeneous profiles, both specialist (disciplinary experts, trainers) and structural and managerial, translating the needs of area managers into clear selection criteria; /li liExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with precision and attention to confidentiality; /li liAutonomy in simultaneously managing multiple selections, deadlines and interlocutors; /li liFamiliarity with digital tools for recruiting, candidate management, and HR process monitoring, preferably AI tools. /li /ul h3They don't hurt /h3 ul liDegree in Occupational Psychology, Human Resources, Organization, Management or related disciplines; /li liExperience in recruiting profiles related to innovation, technology, design, research, and training; /li liExperience in employer branding, onboarding, and organizational development activities; /li liKnowledge of tools and methods for assessing skills and potential; /li liGood knowledge of the English language; /li liInterest in learning, technological and organizational innovation, human capital supply chain innovation, and people development. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
