• Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
• Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information
• Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred
