Contract Logistics Safety & Health Specialist

ph3Safety Health Specialist /h3 pAre you a safety and health professional with a passion for compliance and risk management? Join our team as a Safety Health Specialist, where you’ll drive the implementation of safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all. /p h3How you create impact /h3 ul liImplement and promote health and safety strategies in compliance with ISO 45001 and Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008. /li liSupport Health Safety reporting system, review and monitor Safety KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies. /li liConduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety and health compliance. /li liPerform risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive / corrective measures. /li liDevelop and execute HSE process improvements, including incident investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and training materials. /li liOrganize and control Safety and Health checks and ensure all documentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedure…) is up to date. /li liConduct occupational Health Safety mandatory training in coordination with the ASPP of local QSHE team. Support M.D. on Medical Surveillance of workers. /li /ul h3What we would like you to bring /h3 ul liTrainer Occupational Safety Health Qualification ex art 37 Italian Law Decree 81/2008 mandatory. /li liTrainer Occupational Safety Health Qualification ex art 73 (work equipments) Italian Law Decree 81/2008 preferred. /li li1-2 years of national experience at the same role. /li liFluent in Italian and English (advanced level). /li liStrong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced user). /li liACAD user. /li liProven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety standards.
