On behalf of our client, an international company in the live entertainment industry, GT is looking for an experienced Integration Specialist.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is one of Europe’s leading live entertainment companies, known for producing large-scale musicals and operating high-traffic ticketing platforms across multiple countries.

The company operates a complex internal technology landscape connecting key business systems, marketing, ticketing, and other internal platforms.

The Integration Specialist will help strengthen the company’s core digital infrastructure by taking ownership of business-critical integrations, with an initial focus on Boomi-powered integration flows.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll own and deliver business-critical integrations across internal platforms, starting with the Boomi-powered flows that link key internal systems and the company’s marketing and ticketing platforms.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth data movement, stable system connections, and scalable integration architecture as the internal technology landscape evolves.

You’ll report directly to the Head of IT Development, and work closely with stakeholders across Group IT, Product, and Operations to drive the technical delivery and reliability of our internal systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take ownership of integration flows built in Boomi, including maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of live connections.

– Design and implement new integrations, with Boomi, as needed across ticketing, marketing, and ERP systems.

– Build and maintain robust logging, alerting, and monitoring for integration health.

– Collaborate with internal developers, IT partners, and system vendors to align architecture decisions across platforms.

– Keep documentation up to date for all integrations, with clear version control and change management.

– Contribute to decisions around future middleware or integration tooling as the tech stack evolves.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– 5+ years of hands- on integration experience in complex internal system environments.

– Strong working knowledge of Boomi and integration patterns (ETL, pub/sub, middleware

orchestration).

– Proficient in APIs, JSON/XML, and common data transformation techniques.

– Solid understanding of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM systems

– Ability to debug and troubleshoot across data flows, middleware layers, and endpoint systems.

– Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed tech environment.

– Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when working across IT and business teams.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

– Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations.

– Familiarity with Azure environments.

– Understanding of marketing and ticketing platform integrations (AudienceView, Elektra, etc.).

– Familiarity with Workday.
