Join us. /ppWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RD Officer to join our Research Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or young professional passionate about innovation in cosmetics, healthcare products, and medical devices.The successful candidate will support the development of new products from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain. /ph3Key activities /h3ulliSupport the formulation and development of cosmetic and medical device products. /liliConduct laboratory trials, prototype preparation, and product evaluations. /liliAssist in the execution and documentation of stability, compatibility, and performance testing. /liliMaintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports. /liliCollaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. /liliSupport product transfer activities from laboratory scale to industrial production. /liliParticipate in competitive benchmarking and ingredient research. /liliAssist in the preparation of technical documentation and product specifications. /liliContribute to innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy. /liliRelated scientific discipline. /liliBasic knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliPrevious internship or 0-2 years of experience in RD, formulation, laboratory testing, or product development is preferred. /liliExperience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer healthcare products is a plus. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliUnderstanding of laboratory practices and analytical testing. /liliFamiliarity with cosmetic and/or medical device regulations is an advantage. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. /liliAbility to analyze and interpret technical data. /liliEnglish proficiency (written and spoken). /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong curiosity and passion for innovation. /liliScientific mindset and attention to detail. /liliOrganizational skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. /liliProactive attitude and willingness to learn. /liliGood communication and presentation skills. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pWe offer a unique working environment where talent and ambition can develop to its fullest.
