As a member of our team, you’ll support our customers through the initial stages of their Sprinklr journey and work with a team of passionate consultants, solutions designers, analytics experts, as well as sales and service delivery leaders to make it happen. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pSprinklr is looking for a Global Program Manager to lead one strategic enterprise program for a client in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the program, working with a retained team dedicated to the client. /p pThis is a Milan-based role supporting a strategic client, with an expectation to work from the customer premises three days per week. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and manage one strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans. /li liPartner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments or regional teams to coordinate and drive delivery. /li liEnsure that overall program is effective, whilst running individual projects according to schedule and keeping within budget. /li liDevelop relationships and ensure the appropriate participation of key client internal stakeholders and executives. /li liDevelop, build, and maintain durable and trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. /li liDevelop knowledge of the Sprinklr platform components and module-synergies - so as to be able to develop realistic and meaningful project plans and high-level solutions. /li liEnsure that each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all external and internal stakeholders. /li liEnsure that all project/program risks, issues and change requests are managed effectively. /li liManage client service expectations and briefs and drive successful, measurable outcomes for the client. /li liSet the tone for the team and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery. /li liProvide weekly project status and burn reports to the relevant project stakeholders. /li liMaintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liExperience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public-sector, or highly regulated clients. /li liAbility to operate directly from the customer premises three days per week, manage regular executive interactions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. /li liExtensive client management experience, including close collaboration with business owners and executive-level clients. /li liExperienced managing projects in IT, SaaS, Social, or Software environment. /li liExperienced working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams. /li liPrior experience delivering programs in Italy or with Italian enterprise clients is a strong advantage. /li liExperienced working on large-scale project management in leading multi-organizational initiatives, and driving team accountability to achieve goals. /li liAbility to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings. /li liDemonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project, departmental and enterprise risks related to projects, systems and business analysis. /li liStrong influencing skills and negotiation / mediation skills. /li liAbility to motivate and focus people resources where there is no direct reporting relationship. /li liProven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills. /li liAbility to resolve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience. /li liStrong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills. /li liFluency in English and Italian is mandatory to support effective client and stakeholder engagement. /li liExperience in Agile project management a plus. /li liCertification of any kind for Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM etc.) /li /ul pPlease note: We are unable to consider applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization support for this role.
