JOB PURPOSE The candidate will join the F&B Procurement team and will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of Food & Beverage categories, with the aim of ensuring product quality, supply chain continuity, and cost optimization. The role involves strong cross‑functional coordination with Operations, Production/Lab, Retail, Marketing, and Finance to support daily store activities and the development of the F&B offering. RESPONSIBILITIES F&B Category Management Manage procurement of raw materials, finished products, semi‑finished goods, and beverages Monitor demand and plan orders in collaboration with Operations and Production Support the development and launch of new products (menus, seasonal items, special projects) Ensure regulatory compliance (food safety, certifications, traceability) Sourcing & Supplier Management Scout, select, and qualify F&B suppliers at local and international level Handle commercial negotiations and purchasing conditions Monitor supplier performance (quality, service, delivery reliability) Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and develop mid‑long term partnerships Cost Control & Margin Management Monitor food cost and analyze variances Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimization actions Support menu pricing and margin definition Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting Planning & Supply Chain Coordinate procurement and manage stock levels (SOH, shelf‑life) Monitor supply criticalities and activate corrective actions Support logistics and flows between suppliers, warehouses, and stores Data & Systems Manage item master data and price lists Ensure quality and monitoring of procurement data Use systems for order management, reporting, and analysis Reporting & Projects Prepare reports on costs, savings, and category performance Support strategic projects (new openings, new F&B concepts, process optimization) Ensure continuous alignment with internal stakeholders KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 3–5 years of experience in Procurement / F&B Purchasing Knowledge of food supply chains and food cost dynamics Experience in negotiating with Food & Beverage suppliers Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / ERP systems Strong project management and coordination skills Fluent English Experience in retail / luxury / organized food service environments Knowledge of international food regulations (e.g., Asia export) Experience across multiple categories (food + packaging) Prada Group promotes an inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.
