Experteer Overview

In this role you help clients drive value through deal strategy and post-deal integration. You work with lenders, shareholders and management to quantify value levers and support corporate finance transactions. You’ll engage in pre- and post-deal phases, including due diligence, synergy tracking and operating model design, contributing to cross-functional deal execution. The opportunity combines strategic planning with hands‑on analytics to enable successful M&A outcomes in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Business & Strategic Planning with C-level stakeholders to define improvement actions and quantify impact
• Business & Commercial Due Diligence analyzing market dynamics and targets in collaboration with PE funds and buyers
• Identification and review of synergies in pre- and post-deal phases and supporting tracking models
• Synergy assessment and execution from quantification to implementation/tracking
• Integration & Separation Management Office activities including Day 1 Readiness, D100 plan and Target Operating Model definition

Responsabilità

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/business development in industrial, consumer, or retail sectors focusing on revenue growth initiatives
• Master in Business; post‑graduate courses in data science, business analytics, or digital innovation preferred
• Keen interest in pre- and post-M&A deal activities; strong data interpretation of KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian & English
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI and Qlik) preferred
• Flexible to travel for work in Italy and abroad
