Strategic HR Partner - Italy Operations (Travel Required)

Experteer Italy is seeking an HR Business Partner for its operations in Scandicci. This role involves driving end-to-end people management and advisory support across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with line managers to align HR processes with business needs, oversee recruitment and ensure compliance with Italian labour laws.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience in a structured environment and a strong knowledge of HR systems and practices. Proficiency in English is required, with French being a plus.
