Technical platform owner

Experteer Overview In this role you oversee the Flowpack platform, driving its evolution and technical governance to ensure robust, standardized solutions across machine variants. You will work closely with R&D to develop new features and validate performance through simulations and test benches. You shape product consistency and interface design while delivering customer-driven projects on time and within cost. This is a hands‑on engineering leadership position that connects design, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration to push packaging technology forward. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and manage customer-driven projects within quality, time, and cost constraints Serve as the technical contact for all Flowpack machine variants Ensure standardization of modules, technical solutions and interfaces Collaborate with R&D to develop new machines or features to improve performance and quality Share know‑how for R&D projects (market driven) Develop, implement and validate mathematical simulation models of machine parameters with test bench validation in R&D Responsabilità Several years of experience in automated Flowpack machines or distribution systems Good knowledge of 3 D design (Solid Works preferred) and calculation software Good knowledge of safety directives and standards (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EN ISO 12100, EN 415) Good understanding of English (written and spoken) Personal drive and results orientation Effective communication skills to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
