ph3Purpose of the Role /h3 pThe Medical Relations Digital Opinion Leader Manager is responsible for driving Eucerin’s medical engagement strategy in Italy, with a strong focus on Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Aesthetic Dermatology. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pThe Medical Relations Digital Opinion Leader Manager is responsible for driving Eucerin’s medical engagement strategy in Italy, with a strong focus on Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Aesthetic Dermatology. /p pThe role acts as the key liaison between Eucerin and the external scientific community, building and nurturing strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), pharmacists and healthcare professionals. /p pCombining a digital-first, omnichannel and data-driven approach, the position localizes and executes the global medical strategy, ensuring impactful scientific engagement, excellence in congress activation, development of strategic projects and measurable business outcomes. /p pThe role works closely with Medical, Marketing, Sales and Training teams and partners with the Medical Communication Specialist to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all medical initiatives. /p h3Medical Strategy Omnichannel Engagement /h3 ul liImplement and localize Eucerin’s global medical strategy at country level. /li liDevelop annual medical engagement plans aligned with brand, scientific and business priorities. /li liIdentify emerging scientific trends, unmet needs and opportunities in dermatology and skin health. /li liEnsure all medical activities are scientifically sound, compliant and HCP-centric. /li liContribute to omnichannel engagement plans to maximize scientific impact and stakeholder reach. /li /ul h3KOL Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strategic relationships with Dermatologists, Pediatricians, Aesthetic Physicians and Pharmacists. /li liEngage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs). /li liDevelop and implement stakeholder engagement plans at local, regional and national level. /li liMap and segment stakeholders based on influence, expertise and strategic relevance. /li liFoster long-term scientific partnerships, educational initiatives and advocacy opportunities. /li /ul h3Scientific Projects Partnerships /h3 ul liLead collaborations with healthcare professionals, hospitals, universities and scientific societies. /li liInitiate and coordinate strategic medical projects aligned with local priorities. /li liPromote initiatives that enhance scientific credibility, patient care and social impact. /li /ul h3Congresses Scientific Events /h3 ul liLead Eucerin’s medical presence at congresses, symposia, advisory boards and scientific events. /li liEnsure consistent and compliant scientific representation of the Eucerin brand. /li liCoordinate speaker engagement and event execution with cross-functional teams. /li liLeverage digital and omnichannel tactics to maximize event visibility and stakeholder engagement. /li /ul h3Field Engagement Networking /h3 ul liAct as a medical ambassador and maintain a strong network of dermatology stakeholders through field visits, meetings and congress participation. /li /ul h3Cross-functional Collaboration Performance Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Medical, Marketing and field teams, providing scientific insights and stakeholder feedback. /li liMonitor KPIs, budget utilization, ROI, market trends and medical engagement effectiveness, recommending actions to optimize performance and investment. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liStrong scientific expertise in dermatology, skin health, dermocosmetics or related healthcare fields. /li liMinimum 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Relations, Medical Education, Medical Engagement or a similar function. /li liProven experience in KOL/DOL management, stakeholder engagement and scientific networking. /li liExperience planning and executing congresses, scientific events and educational initiatives. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, external partnerships and multiple stakeholders. /li liStrong scientific communication, presentation and influencing skills. /li liStrategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach. /li liStrong project management skills with experience managing budgets, KPIs and ROI evaluations. /li liDigital-first mindset with a solid understanding of omnichannel engagement. /li liExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels. /li liFluent English and Italian. /li liEntrepreneurial, proactive and relationship-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /li liComfortable working extensively in the field, travelling regularly and delivering results through strong business acumen and a passion for scientific excellence and innovation. /li /ul h3WHY JOINS US?
