As Tax Compliance Senior Specialist, you will report to the Group Tax Sr. Manager. /p h3Key Responsibilities And Activities /h3 ul liOngoing tax compliance fulfillments for the Italian legal entities (e.g. preparation of the direct tax computation and direct/indirect tax returns, support to the other department on tax matters…); /li liCoordination of direct tax calculation processes for Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities (e.g. quarterly direct tax closing process) /li liManagement of indirect tax compliance processes for the Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities (e.g. VAT and GST fulfillments, Intrastat) /li liSupport in the tax management of cross-border transactions (e.g. withholding ion dividend, interests, etc.) and of the reorganization processes involving Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities (e.g. merger); /li liResearch and study of the main news/changes of the tax regulations involving / impacting Campari Group; /li liSupport in the management of the day‑by‑day relationship with the internal and external stakeholders of tax department (e.g. auditors). /li /ul h3Key Relationships /h3 pInternal: GroupTax team, Finance departments of the Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities /p pExternal: Tax advisor, Auditor, External Providers /p h3Education / Professional Qualifications /h3 ul liBusiness Administration/Law degree with focus in Tax Law /li liFluent in Italian English /li liExperience from 3 to 5 years in tax departments of multinational groups or tax consulting firms working with multinational groups /li liMaster in Tax Law is a plus /li liAbility to use professional data-base (Fisconline, Ipsoa, Eutekne, IBFD) /li liMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency (with specific focus on Excel) /li liAbility to use SAP is a plus /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liResult oriented, respecting deadlines /li liPragmatic, hands‑on approach, problem solver /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /li /ul h3Compensation And Grading /h3 pThe indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within EUR 45,000-60,000 - depending on the candidate’s experience, skills and overall profile. /p pThe position also includes a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies. /p h3Our commitment to Diversity Inclusion: /h3 pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
