ELI - Product & Recovery Improvement Analyst

Job Description:Product Recovery & Improvement (PR&I) is committed to pursue and implement improvement to the original design taking into consideration the feedback coming from in-service experience, with the aim to enhance products reliability and Customer satisfaction.The resource will work supporting the PR&I CP in the role of PR&I analyst with competencies on Electrical Installation.It would be desirable, a person having already competencies in a Technical Disciplines department. Some experience with Maintenance disciplines and with fleets customers' needs would be a valuable skill.In addition, she/he will be, as PRI analyst, in charge of:1. managing the analysis, the investigation, the proposal and the deployment of solutions to fix in-service failures and lacks of performance;2. preparation of technical reports in support of the PR&I investigation;3. preparation of technical documentation in support of Maintenance documentation tasks, being partner of Customer Support teams in ensuring the correct implementation into the Maintenance documentation.Requirements:Master degree in Aerospace Engineering or High School Diploma- experience as electrical/mechanical Designer (wiring diagrams, equipment installation, harnesses installation) - (plus)- at least 5 years of experience in engineering (Technical Disciplines and/or Sustaining Engineering and/or Technical Disciplines Processes and Policies) and/or production (FAL and/or Manufacturing Engineering) and/or Customer Support (Product Support Engineering) - (Nice to have)Languagesgood English language knowledge is requestedTechnical skillsgood knowledge of electrical/mechanical designgood knowledge of electrical components, materials and standards, technical specificationsknowledge of helicopter general architecture and systems integration (basic and customized helicopter)NICE TO HAVEknowledge of technical configuration, technical documents management and design/certification processknowledge of EO/EBOM/3Dmodels/2Ddrawings (part/assembly/installation) management and development processknowledge of materials, protective/thermal treatments, manufacturing processes and aerospace standardsgood experience in inspection of components new and from service (preferred)good experience with the manufacturing shops, maintenance and production (preferred)knowledge of Configuration Management process (preferred)knowledge of Occurrence Reporting and/or Warranty Claim management process (preferred)IT skillsbasic knowledge of design and configuration tools (Catia V4-V5/VPM/Enovia/MyDBT/MyDBE/CADAM)Microsoft Office SuiteSAPMicrosoft Power BI (preferred)Soft skillsplanning and organization, problem solving, good interpersonal/communication skills and high attitude for team working (multiple interfaces management)high proactivity and constructive spirit of initiative, ability to work multiple projects and multi-tasking approachsensitivity to customers’ complains and needsit is requested the availability to short national/international travelsSeniority:Primary Location:IT - Varese - Cascina CostaAdditional Locations:Contract Type:PermanentHybrid Working: #J-18808-Ljbffr
