About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join a leading international provider of innovative photovoltaic (PV) solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of on-site project execution, ensuring high-quality installations and client satisfaction across diverse PV projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of on-site project management tasks, including material inspection, technical briefings, installation training, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site guidance for bracket installation and monitor project progress, addressing installation challenges promptly in collaboration with clients and installation teams.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure installation quality and respond effectively to installation feedback.
• Manage material transfers to the site, support project delivery inspections, and assist with resolving project-related financial matters.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, fully understand their requirements, and execute on-site debugging and acceptance procedures with diligence.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in office software and strong command of English.
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to undertake frequent and long-term business travel.
