Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /p pFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liActs as an internal authority to audit operations, inspect plants, and enforce high design standards separate from daily management. /li liEnsures all projects apply the result of strict risk-assessment tools like HAZID, HAZOP and ATEX compliance done by the Process Engineering group. /li liDevelops and rolls out global programs to guarantee plant reliability, operational integrity, and asset maintainability. /li liProvides trend analyses, incident investigation reports, and performance metrics to the Group HSE Director. /li liDrives cross-site training and shares lessons learned from incidents and near-misses to strengthen safety culture. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRequires 8+ years of industrial HSE experience to act as an independent authority auditing global Renewable Gas or waste-to-X plants. /li liInterpretation and implementation of actions from HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX, and DSEAR regulations and risk assessments. /li liEvaluates multidisciplinary engineering designs using 3D models, PIDs, and layout assessments to ensure inherent safety. /li liManages start-up risks, improves asset reliability, leads major incident investigations, and tracks corporate assurance programs. /li liFluent English language, Italian is a plus /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pEmployee perks, benefits /p ul liPermanent contract /li liAnnual Bonus /li liFlexible working time (core time 9-17:00) /li liHome Office possible 2 days a week /li liReferral Program /li liTravel allowance /li liSupport for professional and career growth, education and training /li liEligibility for benefits is subject to internal rules /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liBasic wage component (gross): 53000 euros per year /li liThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
