We believe that incorporating financially material sustainability criteria, when relevant to our clients, can create value and drive positive change. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused marketing leader to shape and deliver our European marketing strategy. /p pYou’ll lead marketing across our Institutional and Wholesale businesses, covering Public and Private Markets and working closely with colleagues across Distribution, Investments and Marketing. This is an opportunity to build strong regional partnerships, develop a talented team and help clients navigate a changing investment landscape. /p h3What you’ll be doing: /h3 ul liDeveloping and delivering an integrated European marketing strategy /li liPartnering with senior business leaders to align marketing activity with client and commercial priorities /li liLeading multi-channel campaigns across Public and Private Markets /li liLocalising global campaigns, content and thought leadership for European audiences /li liBuilding and developing high-performing marketing teams across Germany and Milan /li liUsing client insight, market intelligence and performance data to improve results /li liMeasuring marketing effectiveness and demonstrating contribution to commercial growth /li liMaintaining strong governance, risk management and regulatory standards /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for: /h3 ul liSenior marketing leadership experience within asset or investment management /li liExperience developing marketing strategies for Institutional and Wholesale audiences /li liStrong knowledge of Public and Private Market investment solutions /li liA record of leading teams across different countries or locations /li liExcellent commercial judgement and senior stakeholder management skills /li liConfidence using insight and performance data to guide priorities and investment /li liFluency in English and professional fluency in Italian or German /li liStrong knowledge of the European asset management and regulatory landscape /li /ul h3Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
