Leading the installation, commissioning, and start-up activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. /p pAs a Field Service Control Specialist, after an intense Initial Training Program ( ITP Program), you will be responsible for: /p ul liProviding technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality /li liOverseeing, overhaul, Installations, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment’s and products at customer sites /li liPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams /li liEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards /li liProperly manage company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings /li liProperly deal with Electrical, Instrumenttion Control schematics to provide clear instructions while at Customer sites. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will need: /p ul liFrom 0 to 2 years of experience in an Electrical/Electronic role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar) /li liElectric/Electronic Technical degree or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience. /li liBasic knowledge of the main control systems as PLC or similar /li liBasic knowledge of Industrial Generators (multi-poles) and Electrical Motors. /li liBasic knowledge of Electric excitation systems and Variable Frequency Drivers (VFDs) /li liTo display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions. /li liTo be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding /li liAbility to read technical drawings and schematics. /li liTo have a valid passport and have good verbal and written English /li liBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restrictions, including offshore facilities /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
