Quality engineer

Your day-to-day Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8 D) for both internal production issues and customer complaints Review and develop quality documents (Control Plan, PPAP documents, MSA) Manage calibration and traceability of production measurement instruments Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met Collaborate with Operations and R&D to develop, implement and monitor corrective actions and improvements Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with internal procedures, IATF standard and customer specific requirements Manage internal and external (suppliers) nonconformities Manage internal Quality Concern Report Internal Process Audit Who We Are Looking For Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering 2+ years of experience in quality department (QA, QC, SQE, …) will be considered as a plus 2+ years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus) Familiarity with total quality concepts, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949 procedures Experience on preparing and collaborating on Quality control plans, p FMEA, PPAP documents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented with a focus on detecting and preventing quality issues Ideally, you will also have Experience working with automotive OEMs is a plus What We Offer Solid employer present on the market for over 100 years Career growth and opportunities: we hire from within Collaborative and empowered work environment where team spirit is at the center of our success Company values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth Open environment: we are excited to hear your ideas Attractive compensation packages designed to hire and retain the best talents in the industry If you don’t find yourself in all points, apply anyway because nobody is perfect and you can learn a lot with us!
