ph3Overview /h3pFor a prominent client and a leader in its sector, belonging to a large multinational group we are seeking an experienced Embedded Software and Firmware Engineer who will be instrumental in the design, development, and integration of embedded systems for our next-generation ATE product. This is a strategic role that requires technical expertise, hands-on experience in low-level software development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and applications engineers. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop, and maintain embedded software for custom hardware platforms used in ATE systems. /liliWrite and optimize low-level firmware (device drivers, real-time OS components, communication protocols, etc.). /liliCollaborate with hardware engineers to define hardware-software interfaces and ensure seamless integration. /liliParticipate in system-level design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions. /liliDebug complex issues involving hardware and software interactions using lab instruments and diagnostic tools. /liliEnsure software meets high standards of reliability, performance, and maintainability. /liliContribute to product documentation. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (preferred Embedded Systems) or related field. /lili3 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development in C/C++. /liliProven experience developing software for microcontrollers, SoCs, FPGAs, or similar embedded platforms. /liliSolid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multithreaded programming. /liliExperience with debugging tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. /liliComfortable working with schematics, datasheets, and collaborating with hardware teams. /liliGood English knowledge (B1 or higher). /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of FPGA interfacing, VHDL-based design, and/or STM32 uC (H7 dual core), STM32CubeIDE, EtherCAT, Eclipse Zenoh, Linux Embedded, YOCTO, FreeRTOS. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliOpportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a high-impact role. /liliCollaborative and innovative work environment. /liliPermanent Contract and competitive salary. /liliFlexible working arrangements (smart working and Ticket Restaurant). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
