As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, reporting to the Senior P&C Operations Business Partner Mediterranean, you will be a trusted partner to a portfolio of managed and franchised hotels. You will work closely with General Managers, hotel teams and ownership representatives to understand their priorities and support their people strategy. You will coordinate the activities included within Accor’s operating model and recommend additional services in areas such as recruitment, talent development and learning. Combining HR expertise, a strong service mindset and commercial awareness, you will build trusted relationships and deliver practical solutions that create lasting value for our hotels and their teams.

What you will do

• Manage People & Culture relationships with a portfolio of managed and franchised hotels, partnering with General Managers, hotel People & Culture teams and ownership representatives.
• Understand each hotel’s business context and people priorities, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional support.
• Coordinate the People & Culture activities included within Accor’s management and franchise models.
• Promote tailored People & Culture services in areas such as recruitment, talent management, learning and development.
• Present relevant solutions, define the scope of services and coordinate their delivery with internal experts or external partners.
• Advise hotels on key People & Culture processes, tools, annual cycles and Accor standards, while respecting each hotel’s ownership and employer responsibilities.
• Monitor service delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and agreed outcomes, using data and feedback to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support regional People & Culture projects, initiatives and events across the Mediterranean region, providing operational coordination and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in People & Culture, HR consulting, hotel operations or another client-facing advisory role.
• Experience working with hotels, multi-site organisations or international stakeholders would be highly valued.
• Strong relationship management, consulting and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Ability to understand business and people needs and translate them into practical, value-adding solutions.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in presenting and promoting People & Culture services.
• A proactive, organised and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages would be an advantage.
