Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner Digital to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle in our Digital RD cluster and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy. /p ul liPartner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirement of the departments and ability to align them with company objectives. /li liFacilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations. /li liManage working relationships within teams and resolve disputes to maintain a positive work environment. /li liLead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility. /li liCollaborate with leaders to ensure that employees grow and reach their full potential, enhancing efficiency and productivity. /li liDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning. /li liOnboard new candidates and collect necessary background information, as well as provide assistance and guidance to employees on work-related issues. /li liUtilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes. /li liCollaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices. /li liPartner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans. /li liEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters. /li liAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. /li liMinimum of 15 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 10 years’ experience in a business partnering role. /li liPrevious experience in industries with complex organizational structures, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare, is preferred. /li liIn-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. /li liProficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus. /li liAbility to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian. /li liAbility to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €70,000 and €100,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
