In this role, you will lead procurement initiatives for large-scale projects across the EMEA region, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and cost savings. You will act as the primary liaison between project management, engineering, and procurement to drive strategic sourcing and execution. You’ll manage supplier relationships, lead governance gates, and champion post-project learnings to improve future outcomes. This is a globally oriented, high‑visibility role with opportunities to influence project success and procurement practices.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Serve as the SPOC between project team and Procurement organization
- Support project success by ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality; monitor supply risks and compliance
- Attend weekly project management meetings to understand scope, resale content, and milestones
- Lead weekly procurement plan meetings and review data in the Command Center
- Develop project sourcing plan with category teams and communicate supplier lead times for on-time deliveries
- Direct Tactical Procurement for project-specific expedites and align SAP delivery dates with schedule
- Participate in gate reviews and alert team to procurement issues and resale-related risks
- Conduct supplier gate reviews based on risk and content check‑list
- Track resale savings (net of increases) and align with Project Finance for savings reporting
- Act as main Procurement liaison between Project Management/Engineering/Installation
- Conduct post-project reviews and develop proactive supplier‑related improvements for future projects
- Manage budget cost responsibility for 3rd party suppliers
- Document Procurement lessons learned with the project team for continuous improvement
- Travel to installation or supplier sites up to 10% of time
- 3-5 years of relevant project-based Procurement experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes
- Experience with SAP and MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global, matrixed environment
