Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative
Employment Details- Work Model: Fully Remote – work from home anywhere in Greece
- Training Start Date: 09 March 2026 (Fully paid, 10 business days, Certified instructors)
- Italian: C2 (spoken & written)
- English: B2 (for training & internal communication)
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian
- Deliver high‑quality, empathetic, and solution‑focused service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver fast solutions
- Become a product expert through structured, paid training
- Native or fluent Italian (C2)
- English (B2) level
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong customer‑first mindset & team spirit
- EU passport or valid Greek work permit
- Base Salary: €1,045 gross/month
- Performance Bonus: up to 10% monthly
