Manager, Publicity - Italy

Paramount+ is looking for a Manager of Publicity to join our Direct-to-Consumer team in Milan on a temporary contract for circa 1 year — helping bring our Originals to life across the Italian market. Starting annual salary 50,000 EUROs (Pro ratad for duration of temporary contract).

This is a fast-start opportunity for a publicity pro who wants to get straight into the action. You'll sit at the centre of campaigns from first announcement through premiere night: building media strategy, wrangling talent schedules, pulling off press days that actually land, and keeping a fast-moving campaign calendar on track. One day you're pitching a top entertainment journalist, the next you're briefing talent ahead of a junket, the next you're in the room with Marketing and Creative shaping how a show gets positioned in a crowded streaming market.

What you'll be doing

• Executing publicity campaigns for Paramount+ Original series — scripted and unscripted
• Securing coverage across broadcast, trade press, podcasts, and digital platforms
• Coordinating talent availability, media appearances, and press events (including the occasional evening or weekend when a premiere calls for it)
• Partnering across Marketing, Creative, Awards, and Events to keep campaigns joined-up
• Tracking coverage and campaign performance so we know what's working

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in entertainment publicity for TV, streaming, or film
• A working knowledge of the Italian media landscape — journalists, trades, podcasts, and platforms
• Comfort managing talent relationships with professionalism and discretion
• Confidence and experience supporting and leading several campaigns at once without dropping a ball
