Overview
In questa posizione, ti inserisci nella Practice Data Analytics per guidare e ottimizzare modelli AI/ML in produzione. Lavorerai a contatto con team multidisciplinari per monitorare prestazioni, analizzare KPI e supportare retraining e validazione dei modelli. L'obiettivo è garantire risultati coerenti e affidabili nelle pipeline di inferenza. L'opportunità si svolge in una realtà internazionale con focus su AI, cloud e trasformazione digitale, in contesto ibrido Bari o Roma.

Responsabilità
- Monitorare modelli AI/ML e pipeline di inferenza, rilevando anomalie o degradi
- Analizzare KPI tecnici e di business per valutare le performance nel tempo
- Supportare troubleshooting e analisi delle cause di malfunzionamenti
- Collaborare al re-training dei modelli e all'aggiornamento delle pipeline
- Validare i risultati dei modelli e assicurare coerenza con il comportamento atteso
- Collaborare con team tecnici e di business nell'interpretazione dei risultati
- Documentare attività, anomalie e interventi effettuati
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline STEM
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ML e AI
- Esperienza nello sviluppo, fine-tuning e integrazione di modelli di Generative AI (LLM, RAG) e sistemi autonomi basati su Agentic AI
- Esperienza in ML/AI
- Conoscenza di Deep Learning, time series forecasting e tecniche di addestramento
- Esperienza nell'uso di servizi Cloud per AI/ML
- Ottima padronanza di Python e librerie principali di GenAI, Agentic AI e Data Science
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (B2)
- Preferibile esperienza in sviluppo di applicativi per il serving di modelli ML (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborazione e lavoro in team multidisciplinari
- Capacità analitiche e problem solving
- Buone capacità di comunicazione e documentazione
