So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too. /ph3Role Overview /h3ulliManage the recruitment and onboarding process across Italy for blue‑collar employees, contingent workers, consultants and temporary staff, ensuring quality and efficiency. /liliManage the relationship with temporary work agencies, from sourcing and contracting to service quality follow-up and cost control. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on labor relations and basic legal aspects, in coordination with the local HR Business Partner and the shared service center. /liliManage HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. /liliDeliver compliant, efficient and business‑focused HR support daily. /liliDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency and optimise costs. /liliPrioritise and collaborate with HR teams across countries to share best practices, harmonise processes and leverage synergies to improve service delivery. /liliPartner with Talent Acquisition to implement Employer Branding initiatives aligned with business needs. /liliSupport managers in anticipating staffing needs, coordinating recruitment and contingent workforce planning accordingly. /li /ulpThe role is based in Suisio/San Bonifacio, with frequent travel to other Italian locations. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliA degree in Human Resources or a related field. /lili4–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR administration role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. /liliGood working knowledge of Italian labour law and national collective agreements (CCNL, ideally Metalmeccanico). /liliHands‑on experience in recruitment and onboarding, including blue‑collar and contingent workforce populations. /liliPractical experience of working with temporary work agencies and managing contingent staffing needs. /liliA service‑minded and approachable style, you are a reliable first point of contact for managers and employees on day‑to‑day HR matters. /liliA structured, process‑oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in simplification and digitalisation. /liliComfort working with HR systems and data (HRIS, ATS, Excel). /liliFluent Italian and good English, both written and spoken. /liliExtensive experience and proficiency with the Office suite. /liliStrong integrity, discretion and people orientation. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliAnalyse data, organise activities by priority and independently. /liliPossess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong cooperative and team‑oriented attitude. /liliTake a proactive and strategic approach to problem‑solving, with a focus on continuous improvement. /liliOriented towards achieving goals and delivering high‑quality results. /li /ulpAt AlfaLaval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package.
