You will join our integration and testing team, working directly on the robotic cells that automate cell‑therapy manufacturing in a GMP setting. You will own the full cycle — from device configuration through full‑cell qualification — and play a key role in bringing our systems from design to deployment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConfigure and test electromechanical devices in preparation for full robotic cell qualification. /li liCollaborate with electricians and assembly teams to diagnose and resolve issues during configuration and testing phases. /li liExecute test protocols using internal software, ensuring full traceability and quality of results. /liliManage the organization and documentation of tested devices and materials. /li liSupport the software integration of new devices and peripherals. /li liActively participate in all stages of robotic cell qualification, from setup through final execution. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul libProgramming: /b Advanced proficiency in Python. /li libOperating systems: /b Linux and Windows; confident use of the terminal and development tools. /li libVersion control: /b Git (daily use in a team environment). /li libRobotics: /b Hands‑on experience with industrial or collaborative robots, or a strong theoretical foundation in kinematics, dynamics, and control. /li libHands‑on mindset: /b Strong manual dexterity and ability to work physically with complex electromechanical systems. /li libProblem‑solving: /b Empirical approach, comfort with experimentation, and ability to find solutions in the field. /li libTechnical reading: /b Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and product documentation. /li libOrganization: /b Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li libCommunication: /b Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and schedule risks to distributed, international teams. /li libLanguages: /b English B2+ (written and spoken for technical documentation and US team communication); Italian C2 (Native/Bilingual proficiency). /li libMobility: /b Valid driver’s license (A/B), own vehicle required. /li /ul h3Additional Preferred Experiences /h3 ul liMSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field. /li liPhD in Robotics or Autonomous Systems. /li liExperience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO 13485, or equivalent). /li liFamiliarity with ROS or control frameworks for collaborative robots. /li /ul h3Perks Benefits /h3 h3Total Rewards Life at Multiply Labs /h3 ul libCompetitive Compensation: /b Salary range of b€50,000.00 - €70,000 /b plus meaningful early‑stage equity.
