Per broker nostro cliente, siamo alla ricerca di un account executive per la sede di Milano.
Posizione:
Il/la professionista ha consolidata esperienza nella gestione di clienti corporate e nello sviluppo di soluzioni consulenziali in ambito Risk Management, Insurance Management e Business Continuity. Responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale, della gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e dell'identificazione di opportunità di business, supportando le organizzazioni nella valutazione, mitigazione e trasferimento dei rischi aziendali.
Tra le principali attività:
- Gestione e sviluppo di un portafoglio clienti corporate, garantendo elevati livelli di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
- Individuazione di nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso attività di business development e networking.
- Analisi delle esigenze dei clienti e progettazione di soluzioni personalizzate in ambito Risk Management, Insurance e Business Continuity.
- Coordinamento dell'intero ciclo commerciale, dalla fase di proposta e negoziazione fino alla chiusura e al follow-up.
- Supporto ai clienti nella definizione di framework di gestione del rischio secondo standard internazionali.
- Collaborazione con team tecnici e consulenziali per garantire la corretta implementazione delle soluzioni proposte.
- Gestione di programmi assicurativi nazionali e multinazionali, supportando attività di placement, rinnovo e ottimizzazione delle coperture.
- Monitoraggio di KPI commerciali e predisposizione di reportistica periodica per il management.
Requisiti:
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di clienti e progetti complessi, con esposizione ad attività di Risk Management, Business Continuity e Insurance Advisory.
- Capacità di interagire con top management, risk owner e stakeholder internazionali con un utilizzo fluente della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
- Competenze analitiche, consulenziali e commerciali per sviluppare relazioni di lungo termine e generare valore per clienti e organizzazioni.

RAL range €50.000-€55.000 + bonus scheme + welfare plan
