Principal Market Development and Strategic Marketing Specialist

Overview
In this role you drive market development for cardiac conduction system pacing and bradycardia/CRT-P therapies across Western Europe, translating clinical evidence into practical market solutions. You will partner across marketing, sales, clinical, medical affairs and more to enable launches and adoption, while addressing barriers through a clear strategy. You’ll work in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment with travel to support regional initiatives. This is a chance to shape regional growth and improve patient outcomes in a mission-driven company.

- Define and execute market development strategies for pacing therapies across Western Europe
- Identify and address clinical, workflow, operational, and perception barriers to adoption
- Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches
- Develop scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization for regional growth
- Translate clinical evidence into practical customer tools and value narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field-ready assets and governance across portfolio workstreams
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7 to 10+ years in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare/medical devices
- Proven experience launching products or driving therapy adoption
- Strong ability to translate complex clinical/technical information into customer value
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
