pWe are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Retail Excellence Team as bRetail Excellence Specialist /b, within our dynamic Worldwide Sales Department based in bRome /b. /p pAs an integral member of the Retail Excellence team, you will contribute to the measurement, enrichment and continuous enhancement of Bvlgari’s Client Experience worldwide. /p h3Your Accountabilities Will Include /h3 pClient Experience enrichment and orchestration: /p ul liSupport the development and coordination of initiatives designed to enhance Bvlgari’s Client Experience worldwide; /li liCoordinate with different Departments to help ensure consistency and alignment across Client touchpoints, fostering a coherent and seamless Client journey; /li liSupport the creation, editing and distribution of materials for markets, including the coordination of translations where needed. /li /ul h3Voice Of The Client (VOC) Program Support And Coordination /h3 ul liSupport the creation of VOC reports, translating Client feedback and data into actionable insights to measure and improve the Client Experience delivered across markets, also leveraging AI tools; /li liOrganize training initiatives for Store Leaders and the Training community on platform adoption and new features’ integration, resulting in robust tool utilization; /li liFavor and ensure platform advancing feature enhancements; /li liEnsure seamless coordination with external consultants, stakeholders and LVMH Group; /li liCoordinate accesses and maintain up to date directory lists. /li /ul h3Client Experience Observation Program Support And Coordination /h3 ul liCraft reports to translate data into strategic insights for markets and internal stakeholders; /li liCoordinate markets to collect operational information and follow up; /li liPlan fieldwork in the WW store network and monitoring; /li liFacilitate smooth collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications/Professional Capabilities /h3 ul liAt least 1-3 years in similar positions, with project management and reporting experience /li liGood knowledge of MS Office, with Excel and PowerPoint skills /li liGood knowledge of Canva /li liProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus /li liRetail Experience would be considered a plus /li /ul h3Personal Competencies /h3 ul liAnalytical skills /li liOrganizational skills /li liCommunication skills /li liProactive and solution-oriented /li liResilient and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment /li liCuriosity and open-mindedness /li /ul pFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 30.000. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. /p pThis role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bvlgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance. /p pIn addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. /p pThe employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bvlgari in Italy. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
