Overview
In questa posizione supporti clienti nel migliorare organizzazione, processi e sistemi per aumentare l'efficacia operativa e valorizzare gli asset aziendali. Guiderai progetti di change e project management legati a riorganizzazioni, informatizzazione, fusioni e sviluppo di nuovi business, in contesti internazionali. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team per ottimizzare processi nelle aree Finance, Operations e Sourcing, contribuendo a trasformazioni e integrazioni. L'opportunità offre visibilità su progetti complessi e impatto tangibile sui processi aziendali, con trasferte previste.
Responsabilità
- Gestione del change management legato a riorganizzazioni, informatizzazione di processi, fusioni e sviluppi di nuovo business
- Gestione di progetti (project management) e organizzazione dei processi
- Supporto alle attività di Post Merger Integration e integrazione di sistemi
- Lavoro in contesti internazionali e gestione di team di lavoro
- Collaborazione con funzioni multiple per guidare trasformazioni operative
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza in Change management, project management e organizational design in aree Finance & Controlling, Operations & Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement o Post Merger Integration
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
- esperienza internazionale
