Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, they will translate business needs into effective digital solutions while overseeing the entire project lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Delivery Governance /h3 ul liManage digital projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. /li liDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics. /li liMonitor project performance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, priorities, and change requests. /li liApply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements and organizational needs. /li liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards. /li /ul h3Business Technical Coordination /h3 ul liGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. /li liSupport the definition and prioritization of project backlogs, user stories, and business requirements documents. /li liCoordinate activities involving software architecture, system integrations, data flows, APIs, and digital platforms. /li liWork closely with development teams, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. /li liReview and validate proposed solutions, ensuring compliance with business objectives and company standards. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact between business owners, development teams, data specialists, external vendors, and technology partners. /li liFacilitate project meetings, progress reviews, steering committees, and decision‑making sessions. /li liProvide clear and concise communication regarding project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans. /li liBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and promote effective cross‑functional collaboration. /li /ul h3Quality Release Management /h3 ul liOversee testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality. /li liSupport deployment and go‑live phases, ensuring a smooth transition into production environments. /li liMonitor post‑release activities and coordinate corrective actions when needed. /li liEnsure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liExperience or strong understanding of software and digital projects, including web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI‑based solutions. /li liKnowledge of IT architectures, APIs, system integrations, and data platforms. /li liFamiliarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall methodologies. /li liAbility to understand, create, and contribute to technical and functional documentation (e.g., BRD, SRS, SOW, roadmaps). /li liStrong planning, organizational, and project control skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 pThe ideal candidate combines strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
