In questa posizione promuovi la strategia RGM per Italia e Grecia, collaborando con team internazionali per guidare crescita di vendita e marginalità. Supporti pianificazione e reporting, usando analisi data-driven per ottimizzare prezzo, assortimento e pack architecture. Lavorerai con stakeholder a vari livelli per massimizzare redditività e ROI delle promozioni. Un ruolo chiave per influenzare le decisioni commerciali in un contesto FMCG/Healthcare.

- Analizzare portafoglio prodotti per opportunità di crescita, pricing e sviluppo
- Definire strategie di prezzo, assortimento e pack architecture
- Ottimizzare il mix canale-cliente per redditività
- Valutare efficacia delle promozioni e ROI
- Monitorare performance di pricing e individuare miglioramenti
- Supportare team commerciali e di insight con analisi e reporting periodici
- Almeno 7 anni di esperienza in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Trade Promotion o ruoli commerciali strategici
- Solida capacità analitica
- Esperienza nell'uso di Excel e Power BI
- Orientamento al business e capacità di influenzare stakeholder a diversi livelli
- Fluente in inglese
- Comunicazione efficace
- Influencing e stakeholder management
- Pensiero analitico e problem solving
