FLYON AERO, ENAC/EASA Part-147 Approved Training Organization, based inside the Scientific and Technological Park of Tortona (Italy), is expanding its international training division and is looking for an experienced:
Theoretical & Practical Instructor
(Aviation Maintenance Training)
We are looking for a highly skilled aviation professional ready to contribute to the next generation of aircraft maintenance technicians through advanced training, innovation, and international projects.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a passion for knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
Mandatory Requirements
- EASA Part-66 AML License with endorsed Type Rating
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the aviation industry
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards and operational environments
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written, technical level)
- Ability to work effectively within multicultural and international environments
- Excellent command of the Italian language (C1/C2 level) and based in, or willing to relocate to, Italy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical instruction or aviation training activities
- University degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related technical disciplines
Selection Process
Selected candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview exclusively at the company headquarters in Tortona (AL), Italy.
The selection process will include:
- Technical and motivational interview
- Interview conducted in both Italian and English
- Technical assessment and evaluation test aimed at verifying professional competencies, communication skills, and instructional aptitude.
