Senior HR Strategist — AI Talent & Compliance

pMercor is seeking senior HR professionals to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design for large employers. You will design reference outputs, rubrics, and HR policies across US and International tracks. /ppSuccess requires deep HR leadership experience, familiarity with HRIS/benchmarking tools, and strong履 rubric-writing abilities.
