Responsibilities
  • Qualify and close new business opportunities to fuel regional growth
  • Understand prospect needs and articulate Docebo value with impact
  • Guide prospects through technical scenarios (SSO, APIs, AWS hosting) and simplify complexity
  • Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing to optimize lead qualification
  • Develop robust, trust‑based relationships with key clients for expansion opportunities
  • Manage the pipeline in CRM and leverage data‑driven insights for decisions
  • Operate with agility in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales in a revenue‑focused role
  • Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
  • Comfort with technical deep dives (integrations, security, cloud infra)
  • Strong drive to exceed revenue targets
  • Trusted advisor with internal collaboration and executive influence
  • Data‑driven decision maker leveraging research and databases
  • Proactive problem solver with organizational and adaptability skills
