Customer Program Manager

About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the Electronics Business team.

This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).

As the CPM at Marelli, you will guide the Body Computers & Cockpit Integrated Units Team towards accomplishing the stated objectives of a project: scope, time, cost.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Business Lines targets;
• Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Program;
• Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program within the guidelines of PME
• Lead Core Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production;
• Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones;
• Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the Project;
• Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions;
• Ensure the deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.);

Your Qualifications you will bring:

• Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of successfully executing projects and handing them over to production.
• Solid background in electronics, enabling effective understanding of technical requirements and issues.
• Deep familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and IATF standards for quality management.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
